Justin, I mis-spoke in the original post. You are right that they only have 5 issues up (my bad). I had an exchange with the folks at Digitial Collections this morning and they informed me:

Actually we're still working on the creation of article-level PDFs and of course the final metadata is not available on any of the [Young Women's Journal] volumes as yet. We're just beginning to work on that. I believe there are several volumes that are not available as yet. There are a total of 40 volumes and I'd have to go browse through to see which ones are missing. I'm afraid I can't give you a date on when volume 9 will be available. We're actually starting to load the Woman's Exponent and there are over 700 loads of individual issues which have to take place, so we're probably going to slow down on the Young Woman's Journal while they're loading Woman's Exponent.

This is good news and we should see those WE up fairly soon.

I had understood that the Women’s Exponent would be up first, but they appear to only have the first four years available.

Where? I can only find five random issues.
